I. GUIDELINES TO FILL UP THE REGISTRATION FORM ONLINE
Following is required to fillup the online registration form:
1. OFSS Reference Number
2. Email id
3. Mobile no
4. Scanned photograph in JPG format under 100 KB
5. Scanned signature in JPG format under 100 KB
6. Scanned OFSS Application Form in JPG format under 100 KB
7. Scanned 10th Marksheet in JPG format under 100 KB
8. Scanned 10th Admit Card in JPG format under 100 KB
9. Scanned 10th SLC in JPG format under 100 KB
10. Scanned Caste Certificate (If Applicable) in JPG format under 100 KB
11. Class Roll number
11. Online payment through the link provided after submission of all required documents.
II. ONLINE Registration PROCESS
The online Registration process will have following 9 (Nine) steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website of Dr. S.K. Sinha Womens College Motihari www.drskswcollege.ac.in
Step 2: Please click on "Online Admission (I.A. & I.Sc.)-2022-24" button given on the home page.
Step 3: When you click the link you will be shown a “Login By Your Details” form asking for various details.
Step 4: On successful submission of registration details, you will also receive an e-mail on the e-mail ID provided by you in the Registration Form.
Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.
Step 6: Online payment.
Step 7: Please submit your Transaction UTR/Ref. Number, Date in respective column and upload payment receipt in JPG format.
Step 8: Download Filled Registration Form.
Step 9: Keep your documents with payment slip for future document verification.
III. Registration FEE DETAILS

नोट: १. जिन छात्र-छात्राओं को Original Marksheet, SLC आदि विद्यालय से मिलने में कठिनाई होगी उनको हस्तलिखित शपथ पत्र Upload करना अनिवार्य होगा की Original Marksheet, SLC प्राप्त होते ही महाविद्यालय में जमा कर देंगे.
२. जांचोपरांत छात्र-छात्राओं द्वारा दी गई सूचनाएं/प्रमाण पत्र यदि गलत पाने पर उनका नामांकन CANCEL कर दिया जाएगा.
